I overheard people complaining about this when they first opened but thought they would have fixed it by now. I ordered ahead and marked Im Here 10 minutes before just to ensure I could grab and go. They didnt even begin to make it until I asked for it even though no one else was there. I missed my train waiting for them and it cost me an extra $20 in ride share.
I just wanted a jeezus chicken biscuit without having to wait.

This was my first time visiting a Chick-fil-a in San Francisco. I ordered curbside and Carlos brought out my meal. He was really nice and friendly. He waited while I checked to make sure I had all my food. He waited with a smile and asked if I need anything else. Thank you Carlos for the great customer service!!
