Best Chipotle I have ever been. Everything clean, organized and decent portions of food. An example to be followed for some horrible locations out there.
Huge and healthy burrito!!

Paid like $20 for a double chicken bowl. Typical delivery skimp, LITERALLY NORMAL protein. Why did I think chipotle wouldn’t skimp on what I paid extra for. Typical BS.

I am vegetarian, so I can only tell about veggie bowl and veggie burrito. Both tastes good, but I prefer a veggie bowl than the burrito as it is easy to eat as well as has less calorie. Don't forget to add a splash of green chilled sauce on top, gives best taste

I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but what just happened at Chipotle needs to be said.
I walked in hungry. Left confused, grossed out, and honestly a little sad.
Let me paint the picture:
• The chicken was somehow burnt and cold. I don’t know how that’s even possible.
• The rice tasted like someone spilled cleaning spray on it and just served it anyway.
• The beans were mushy, salty, and had the texture of old gum.
• The guac? Brown. Not just on top. All of it. Brown. Like they made it three days ago and hoped nobody would notice.
• The lettuce was warm and wet like it had been sitting in someone’s pocket.
• And everything was slapped into a bowl like they were mad I even showed up.
But the worst part? There was zero flavor. I added hot sauce just to feel something. And the whole time, the staff looked like they were one burrito away from quitting on the spot.
I used to love Chipotle. It was my go-to after work, on road trips, even during college. But this? This isn’t the same place. It’s like they gave up. No pride, no care, no quality.
And if you’re reading this and thinking, “It can’t be that bad,” go ahead. Try it. Then come back and tell me I’m wrong. I dare you.
Unless corporate completely overhauls how they prep, train, and serve, I’m done. And judging by the looks on everyone else’s faces in line… I’m not the only one.
This wasn’t a bad meal. It was a wake-up call.

This was probably one of the worst Chipotle branches I have been to. They gave very little portions for my bowl which I was pretty disappointed about. The person that was helping me had an attitude or was in a bad mood.

Horrible order experience. The employee here ignores online order completely even 10 minutes after the promised ready time, even after I told him that I need to go to the hospital nearby. I wasted 30 minutes here just to get the food.

Don’t expect your pick up order to be ready at the stated time when ordering online. No need to tip either.
