I recently visited this place and had an amazing experience! They’ve changed the owner and upgraded the menu. It definitely deserves a five-star review. The food quality is exceptional, especially the bubble waffle-my fav item! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful~ they were promoting new product and offered me a few samples to try. The boba is simply amazing I can't get enough of their fruity matcha—it's a perfect blend of flavors that I highly recommend...

Been coming here for years, new owners looks like some construction going on. Thai milk tea and mango freeze drinks are my favorite along with their original Eggettes the new ownership makes everything the same so I am happy

Parking: Plenty of parking on street or lot side and back
