Arrive at 13:30. The menu is as simple as ever. There was a line, order in about 5 minutes. Order a double-double combo $11,10, call in about 10 minutes, No.74. Here comes Mr. Otani's favorite burger. As expected, double-doubles can be eaten with their mouths wide open! The crunchy texture of lettuce and the taste of onion complement the burger and are delicious! Thank you for the meal.

Food and service always good, but the lines and wait times at this location are insane. Likely because of all the travelers going to and from SFO, dine in orders take 20+ mins minimum after ordering- and forget about drive thru- the line goes across the entire shopping plaza and spills out into the street. Would consider getting in and out at a different location.

I don't typically give low reviews for many food establishments, but felt like I had to for this location. Long waits are to be expected and I was totally ok with that. My issue was with how they messed up the order. Animal style on the wrong sized burger. Animal style fries didn't have any sauce on it so it was fries with grilled onions only. Hard to verify these before bringing it back to eat.
