In-N-Out has great burgers and fries. I like the fries well done. The drive through gets backed up though sometimes.

My 4 international credit cards didn't work during my layover in SFO, so Cole (the manager) paid the bill, that was shockingly kind of him and an extremely nice way of starting 2026. Cole kindness is contagious! All staff on this unit are amazingly friendly. Definitely coming back next time I touch soil in SF. Needless to say the burger and fries taste great here. You guys rock!

Joined drive thru at 12:40 a.m. on January 1. Got to front of line at 1:20. Nobody ever cut line off or said that service had stopped for the night. Happened to at least seven other cars as well. Went inside after and was told they only had shakes left. To top it off, customers who had been inside said they had gotten there at 1 and gotten served. Colossal waste of time. Always jam packed because of proximity to the airport. DO NOT go to this location. Go drive the extra 20 minutes to another one that's not flooded with people and maybe you'll actually get food. Whoever failed to address the drive thru line here should be fired immediately.

This is the premier In-n-out in Sonoma County. They have a very freindly staff and the facility is always clean. As you would expect from an In-n-out burger the food is top notch for fast food burgers. The other in-n-outs in Sonoma county are great, but this one is the best of the best.
