Food and service always good, but the lines and wait times at this location are insane. Likely because of all the travelers going to and from SFO, dine in orders take 20+ mins minimum after ordering- and forget about drive thru- the line goes across the entire shopping plaza and spills out into the street. Would consider getting in and out at a different location.

I love this burgers!

Great service & food. The only thing that was horrible was soda, it tasted horrible.

The place tends to be super crowded specially drive-thru but it worth it.
