I was the only person in the drive-thru tonight on my way to work. They handed me my food within seconds of pulling up to the window and I thought, “Hm. That doesn’t bode well for freshness. But I guess there were a lot of cars parked in the lot, so maybe they’re just busy and keeping the supply cycling through.” I drove the 9 minutes to work and opened up my meal in the car in the parking lot. This is the most disgustingly stale chicken I’ve ever eaten. I’m starving and don’t have time to get anything else, so if I get sick I’ll come back and let you know with an edit. But at least know that this KFC is NOT up to par. The Colonel should come back from the grave and haunt the jerks who think it’s ok to serve this nastiness.

This was incompetent. They didn't include the fries (refer to picture), and for the AW Cheese Curds, the dill pickle ranch wasn't included. I can't wait until people like this are purged.

I ordered a chicken sandwich as a combo with fries and mountain dew but I didn’t receive any kind drink even after paying the price of a meal. The fillet of the chicken was stale and smelly. You guys can take your time cooking fresh chicken instead of serving bad chicken. Nobody at the store answered my call. It pissed me off! Never gonna trust KFC ever again.

Can I just say, it was awesome to go here with my family, growing up my parents would always take me and my brother to eat and it has been a staple in my life, San Mateo sort of sucks cause they took it out, but thank goodness Millbrae and mountain view still has it

I went to KFC in Millbrae and the females there are rude and disrespectful. I found green string from like a sponge in the chicken like it was mixed in with the batter. And I brought it back and the Mexican lady said ain't nothing wrong with the chicken I said look at this green stuff she said again nothing is wrong with it. I said would you eat it. No you wouldn't. Then she snatched the box of chicken and rolled her eyes at me. Then she went to get me new chicken and she went in the back and started talking in Spanish. She was talking about me and was mad she was talking to her coworkers they are all females. She didn't know I was Mexican and I understood everything she said about me. Her and her coworkers were talking about me. And the chicken she gave me was cold. I was pissed. I called the the hire up people. They didn't call me back or anything. They sent me an email saying they are giving me my money back. But I think the whole crew of females should get fired. They are very rude and disrespectful to be talking and treating a customer like how I got treated. I want something done. They all need to get fired. And someone needs to pick up the phone and call me. And I always use to go there. Not no more! Not till they get a new crew.

Had their Chicken Bowl and felt like throwing up. Too much gravy and potatoes. I would suggest you have rice instead. The chicken breading has too much salt. This is not yummy chicken, mostly high calorie and high salt breading. 🤮The only thing I liked here was the A&W, KFC one stop shop.
I love their food. They have a nice variety. And unlike Subway, KFC honors coupons.

Went thru the drive thru. Items have good flavor, but had obviously been under a heating lamp. Ask for things to be extra crispy. Chocolate shake and root beer floats were excellent. Staff were friendly.

I don’t know what’s happened to the post KFC owners. But I miss them!! The new owners can’t get your pre-orders online, right. I ordered Crispy CHICKEN. Breast and wings. Mash potatoes, Cole slaw, drinks. Smh I didn’t want original. It’s why you order ahead. Now purposely asking it’ll be 25 to 30 min! I just said. “I will wait.” This KFC has gotten too expensive and the service is completely, crap and has gone, downhill. Sad.
KFC— Better fix your service at this place.
I really miss the girl that was a one Girl show. Greeted you with smiles! Always, fast. Her cook had chicken on hand. Ready to go! I don’t recall ever having to wait! And super, sweet. Always knew all her regular customers and their orders. That she could always up-sale me!
Covid really messed things up. ://
From now on going to the one in South San Francisco, SF. Get your orders right and a Taco Bell. They’re much friendlier and fast!
