I personally love L&L Hawaiian barbecue I have tried it at many different locations including Hawaii itself Texas etc. but every time I come to this location I have noticed that they give less meat smaller portions than other locations they have the teriyaki sauce in containers behind the counter so you have to ask for them unlike other locations where they have them out for you to serve yourself you can tell that the beef is not marinated like other locations and the Katsu sauce is definitely water down it is very liquidy which I have never had at other locations. They are clearly cutting corners to save a couple of dollars when I am paying over $16 for a plate of food I think that is not right and does not match the L&L brand

The food here is awesome. Don't sit around in the place, it's like a fast food restaurant in person: bleak and no one cares what it looks like. All you need to do is pick up the food! The chicken katsu was great and the meat medley/combo dish. Love this!

Parking: There's an in n out right next to it and the line was out of the parking lot (insane). That blocks off spots to park but we parked anyway and people were very accommodating.

I ordered from here when I first started working in the area the first time I ordered here it wasn’t too busy I asked for extra rice instead of vegetables which I have done in the past at several l & l restaurants being that they are all owned independently. They did accommodate my request and today being that it was rush hour lunch I simply asked what I always ask for and was told they don’t do that and they implied that I am a liar by saying they have never done that, I don’t press the issue that’s fine but what I don’t like is being called a liar or being made look like I’m a crazy person. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend coming here at all during rush hour lunch as if what I was asking was such an inconvenience. “No veggies, just add more rice” it’s not that hard.

Came here for a late lunch and ordered thr katsu bowl ($8.95+tax) and the bbq traditional combo ($15.45+tax) - pretty good value for the price! The katsu was fried quite well for a fast food place - crispy outside, and not too dry inside. The sauce that came with it was tasty as well. The bbq combo had one kalbi rib, 3 pieces of bbq chicken and several large slices of thin beef- everything was seasoned thoroughly. The thin beef was a little dry, but still tasted pretty decent. There was rice and macaroni salad and some lettuce on the side as well. This is a great meatlover’s dish!

Parking: Parking lot is rly busy due to the In and Out right across from it… traffic from there can back up to this parking lot

Five *****, counter girl super nice and good stretch pants:). This location better than most other L&L’s.However, DO NOT ORDER FOODS WITHOUT SPECIFYING YOUR SAUCES ON THE SIDE (things will get soggy, naturally), AND BE SURE TO REQUEST KATSU, or other sauces. They don’t wanna be wasteful so they won’t put it in there without asking. It’s currently new year, so I think they’re regular cook is on vacation. Curry sauce and gravy weren’t that flavorful.Otherwise, they’re awesome here

Best place for lunch on the go. If you call ahead they will have your lunch ready in the time they quote you.

Parking: Parking is a bit of a challenge for lunch. Since it is close to the airport, all Uber and Lyft drivers station there and take up parking.
