Best Mediterranean food I've had from sf down the peninsula! The beef and lamb combo is really good! The falafels are moist and amazing! Can't believe it took me so long to try this place. It's definitely a hidden gem! We found it by accident on our way to in and out. Make sure you walk past Panera all the way to the end and turn the corner you will not be disappointed. The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing.

This is my first time trying lotus! I got beef and lamb Shawerma from there for pick! It's one of the best of I've ever had! So tasty and the meat was so tinder it almost melts in your mouth. Definitely will be going there again

I can not recommend this place enough. Lotus is one of the best Palestinian places to eat in the Bay Area. It’s arguably the best falafel I’ve ever had. And the chicken is delicious. Most importantly, I want to talk about Ramy. The restaurant owner is a good human being. He cares and trusts his customers and treats them like family. If you want a place to eat that’s anywhere, If you want a trusty place for many years to go, it’s Ramy’s establishment. Ramy catered for my post wedding celebration and all of my guests loved the food. My wife also really loved. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy his tasty falafel, baba ganoush and many other great dishes. His yellow rice is also tasty. Before heading out, also grab a baklava. The rose taste infused in it, is absolutely wonderful!

I ordered delivery from them and am very happy with it! The falafel pita sandwich filled me up to bursting and it was only $5.99! I loved how thick and fluffy the pita was. The chicken and lamb rice plate was also quite good; I was impressed by the meat portion, they really loaded it up and it seemed to be equal parts meat and rice! The rice was fragrant and the meat was flavorful. Lastly, the falalel plate had a good variety and I especially liked the tabbouleh. The food went out for delivery pretty quickly after I had ordered it. I will definitely order from Lotus again!

Beware, this place is very overhyped! For a restaurant with this level of reviews, it was curious how the in-n-out and L&L barbecue right next door had crazy long lines and this place was literally empty. The food explained it. Ordered the chicken shwarma, which was a bit dry with the meat feeling old and lacking much flavor. Also there were some unexplained extras in the bill. Save yourself the trouble! There are a couple of much better places off the next exit on San Bruno Ave.

We ordered the falafel wrap, falafels, and mutabbal (eggplant dip) to go. Everything was delicious and flavorful. Don't skip out on the mutabbal, it goes well with everything including the fries! We will definitely be coming back.

Love love love the chicken and lamb rice. Forgot to take pic before I ate it all . Very flavorful and generous portion which is is greatly appreciated since I barely got full with food from Pita Hut in San Bruno. Took me awhile to find another falafel restaurant and really hope they will keep everything the same with time.

Ordered through door dash, they had the fullest version of the menu vs some other online ordering platforms. Everything was prepared and sent SUPER quick. Food arrived exactly as ordered, portions were large, everything was hot, well cooked and perfectly seasoned. Great value, great service, great preparation. This is my new #1 go-to for Mediterranean. Must try dishes: chicken kabobs, shawerma sandwich, seasoned rice, and of course french fries :)
