They refuse to sell me a dozen cupcakes because they were in the case. They had a ton but still said I have to come back in 1 hour. It would not even be 2 of each flavor. They easily had 6-8 of each. Wtf. Poor customer service for a nice display, I've never had a problem before. They said they were busy, no one in the store and I was there 15 min. Really? Such poor service. 😢 will have to go to a different location.

Terrible customer service. Just bought 4 bundlets and the young Asian girl didn't like that i paid in Cash and just pushed the bundlets to us. No bag at all. I asked for a bag and she handed it to me to bag myself. Another customer behind me bought 2 bundlets and paid by card and was asked if he needs a bag. She bagged it for him. Unlike me. Was it the cash payment or snobby attitude Do not support this location

It’s a chain, so there are several locations throughout the Bay Area. Large free parking lot at the Millbrae location makes it easy for pickups.

Cream cheese frosting is life! The cakes are always moist and sooooo delicious. Even just the plain vanilla is divine! I like to order online the night before and pick-up the next day. If you order extra frosting, CHECK THAT THEY REMEMBERED before leaving. Join their birthday club ... you'll get a free bundtlet every year for your special day. It's the size of 2-3 cupcakes. YUM!! Parking is easy and free here.

I have to say by far this was some of the worst service I have ever received. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude to me. She treated me like I was some type of criminal. She did not want to help at all. All the questions I asked were answered with one word answers. I asked if she can make them look nice like put a bow since it offered nice decorations for an additional $2 and she said we don’t do that. She clearly wanted me out the store. Her body language and facial expressions made me feel so uncomfortable. if you're a manager or an owner of this store i hope you train your staff to treat all people equal because once i left she was super nice to the next customer. please be better.

LOVE the variety of options given for personalizing the gift wrap. It seems a lot of the complaints I have read are a bit petty. I went to the Millbrae location very recently to pick up an on-line order for my neighbor & friend for Christmas. I was told that the flavor I ordered was out of stock....I simply picked another flavor.They ALL look delicious! ...I found the girls working this night to be VERY helpful andaccommodating. What a darling little store. Boutique-like with unique gifts anda great variety of cards by LEANIN TREE.I WILL definitely be back! One bad experience should not deter anybody. Everyone has an 'off' day. Happy Holidays.
We are 5 clients waiting outside the door for about 15 minutes now after opening time. No show is the store just not going to open?

I tried their white chocolate & vanilla flavor cake. They turned out to be good & loved it.I visited on a Saturday before closing & couldn't find much variety. They make it fresh & as per order.Bit overpriced I would say but worth a try once ?
