This Panera would have 4.7 stars anywhere else in the country. People here leaving reviews are seriously stuck up. You’re not going to get a much better Panera than this location. Portion sizes were bigger than the average Panera across the country. Manager was super friendly with over the top service.

I’d like to go in and have half a sandwich of this and half a sandwich of that there soups are really good. I prefer the French onion, but the food is always good and I love the fresh lemonade.
And all the years I have gone for lunch, I have never ever had a bad meal. This place is definitely first class.

Parking at this location is a little tough because it's a busy area especially during lunch hours.
The inside is clean and quiet. The food is as good as other locations. One thing I notice is that some locations provide honey or cane syrup as sweetener for tea/coffee. This location provides honey.

Great atmosphere, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The soda machine and table areas were very clean and the ambiance was very welcoming. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good place to study or do work.

There were only 2 clients and I waited 30 min for them to warm up a soufflé. I wonder how they manage if this place gets full or maybe that’s the reason is not?!

Dear Panera Bread Management,
I am writing to share my experience during my recent visit to your SFO Airport Millbrae location on may 1.
This was my first time visiting Panera Bread, and I ordered a to-go combo that included a sandwich, soup, and an apple. Upon arriving at the store to pick up my order, I noticed that the pickup orders and dine-in orders were placed next to each other without any clear distinction.
Due to this arrangement, I accidentally picked up an order that was not mine, as it appeared identical to my own. When I was checking the order at a table, an employee approached me and expressed frustration, making me feel uncomfortable.
I want to clarify that this was a genuine mistake, and I had no intention of taking someone else’s order. I offered to pay for the entire order to resolve any misunderstanding.
I suggest that the store improves the organization of pickup orders to prevent such confusion in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to have a better experience in the future.

The store manager name is Aim he no good a manager the Apple Pay machine is not working. I’m tried to asking about that. after two minutes He say I’m talking on the phone. Don’t try to ask me and he say get out my store. He realized I didn't understand English properly, treated me in a biased manner, and told me to get out of the store.
