Amazing experience at Panera on Saturday. We went before we hit up the 2024 Pen Show. The manager Ian was absolutely amazing in meeting and exceeding our needs. He really ran the restaurant like his own personal business, meaning that he went out of his way to ensure you had a good experience and not just a transaction. A++++ Ian and customer service

The inside is clean and quiet. The food is as good as other locations. One thing I notice is that some locations provide honey or cane syrup as sweetener for tea/coffee. This location provides honey.

Very, very bad service. When I ordered, I asked that they not put onions in the warehouse. The guy at the checkout immediately announced that I have an allergy. I did not tell him about it. Then the senior manager came and started yelling at me and did not let me say anything. Said that he had some rules. He yelled so loudly that I completely lost my appetite. Then he gave me a bag of food and just threw me out of the restaurant. I have never seen such behavior. Horrible.
