Tried to find a place for meeting off the Millbrae Station. This Panera Bread looked quite close, but had taken some zigzagging to arrive. There was a roadside sign at the intersection of Millbrae Ave and Rollins Rd, but had to walk through the gas station and parking lots. Service was promptly. Most booths and tables were sort of dark, so had to use the table off the exit.

They were yelling the names of people into the restaurant from the kitchen when there were only about 6 tables occupied and there was an overhead speaker

This is my go to Pannera. The employees have spoiled me. They make me feel like I'm a guest in their home. The consistency and quality of food prep is superior to any Panera I've set foot in. If I have an issue with my order which is rare if ever, they make it right immediately no questions asked.

Came in around 8pm so it was not crowded. They have three touch machines for self-ordering if customers so choose. I tried them out, and it was a decent experience.Had a chicken soup, which was good but slightly salty but because I typically use less salt -- for the vast majority of people it probably would be fine. Also had a salad, which was good albeit too much cheese. Again too much for me but probably fine for the vast majority of people. It was one hour before closing so they had run out of bread as a side, so I opted for apples instead. Also there was decent wifi which was nice.

Don’t even bother to order ahead. Twice in six months have had my food stolen off their pickup shelf. Otherwise, typical Panera food & friendly staff.

Standard Panera fare, but not a good place to go if you’re trying to catch a train or a flight out of SFO. This location is very busy and takes a while to prepare orders, even if you ordered online . Unfortunately I chanced it and ended up missing my train because they forgot about my bagel.

I had to order last minute for a large group lunch. Order was ready when I arrived and the staff was really great.

First time today and definitely won’t be my last. Blood orange charged lemonade is a winner. The turkey avocado sandwich was delicious!

Why is it that Panera tea is free in all states, but here one more tea is paid and costs 3 dollars? How do you understand?
