Used to go the the San Mateo Noodleosophy when it was open but this location is quite nice and spacious. I should really come here more often than I do!
The curry sauce noodle with the fried chicken cutlet is the highlight of the noodle menu. It has a bit of spice, coconuty flavor, and is mildly sweet. Reminds me of the curry sauce you get in Burmese food when you order roti. It's topped with some bok choy, cilantro, and green onion. Very decadent and delicious....

The beef noodle soup was hands down the best Iโve ever had! The broth was unbelievably rich and flavorful, you could tell it had been simmered for hours to reach that perfect depth of taste. The noodles had just the right texture, and the beef was tender and melt-in-your-mouth good. I honestly could eat there every week and never get tired of it. On top of that, their cotton candy grape drink was such a unique and refreshing treat โ sweet, fragrant, and perfectly balanced....
