I asked for “not too hot” and the barista said “OK kiddie temperature”. I don’t know if it was intentional because she found my request annoying, but it was so hot I burned my mouth.Burnt milk is bitter, and no longer frothy and creamy. my latte has no foam and is volcano hot. Really disappointed that I walked all the way to Starbucks for this.

I don't like Starbucks coffee, but when you can get a pumpkin cold brew for $2, it's pretty hard to ignore such an offer. Overall, I have 2 reasons why I am writing this review: 1) if you're a Safeway member, you can enter your number and get any coffee for two dollars until 9/13/22; 2) I liked the employee who worked behind the cash register. She was friendly and listened carefully to all my coffee request (no sugar, no cream, just pumpkin flavor). And that's the main reason I gave such rating to a place where I'm not particularly fond of the taste of coffee. If an employee knows how to give kindness and a smile, then people should appreciate it, because it makes your morning a little better!
