I had a bad visit, I came with my two daughters, as I walked in I wasn’t greeted. The cashier belle was too busy having a conversation with this guy. I didn’t appreciate the lack of attention she was giving us. I asked for a caramel late she gave me an iced caramel macchiato. I asked her for two everything bagel and one of them were burnt. I was not at all satisfied with my visit. Then to top it off, my drink was half empty I didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service. I won’t be coming here again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I politely asked for the restroom code, and instead of helping me, the staff started laughing at me. They made fun of the fact that I didn’t understand the code right away because my English isn’t perfect.
As a customer, I expect basic respect and kindness, especially in a diverse city where many people speak English as a second language. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful.
I hope management addresses this issue and reminds staff to treat all customers with dignity, regardless of their language skills.

I visited this location on New Year’s Eve randomly as I was in the area for work. I always order a Carmel ribbon crunch but for a long time not many locations make a good drink. I was truly amazed at how perfectly this location made the frappe. Thank you so much to the staff! 10/10

Came here to get myself a pick-me-upper for the road. The staff here is so friendly. They were so kind to offer my children cake pops and of course the kids could not say no. After a long day of school and sports training this was much needed for my littles. Appreciate you heaps Starbucks Rollins!
Brand new small Starbucks near the Millbrae BART station. Very friendly service. Not a lot of seating, but with a restroom (need to ask for the code). We enjoyed coffees and a pumpkin loaf snack here while waiting for our friend to arrive at SFO.
