Let's deal with the pros first. 1) Location. 2) They make good sandwiches. 3) Customers have a restroom to use. 4) The CC Cookie's are exceptional 5) Dining in is pleasant. Now for the cons A) This Subway chooses not to honored any of my Subway coupons I received in the mail. How much profit will this Millbrae Subway lose, by honoring coupons we received in our mail month after month to be used? True, the coupon clearly says, "Subway restaurants are independently owned & operated. Franchise owners are the employers of all team members & are solely responsible for employment matters in their restaurants." Still, we're living at a time when many people would appreciate less politics in businesses, and food venues where they frequent for lunch. So, as a heads-up, this Subway is good. But will they honor that Subway coupon, for $2 or $3 off an order, you received in your mail?

Ordered a BOSS sandwich online for pickup on the way home from work and when I went to tear into it they had given me a plain meatball sub. Talk about a let down!

I always loved Subway but after today it really made me not want to come to this franchise or this location again, Today I went in for a typical sandwich and asked if I can have some extra veggies on there, They said no because something that one of their manager said. It would’ve been fine, but I barely had any veggies on my sandwich and they gave me attitude when I asked if I could have more politely. It was very disappointing that they said no even though I’m the one paying for the sandwich.

Horrible service.. they don't accept SUBWAY COUPONS.. They are out of stock on cheese.. only 1 flavor available... only 2 kinds of bread available... who runs a business with corporate name and wo t honor the coupon your corporation sent out
I prefer this place very much. theres a nice feeling. The food is very tasty. the service is powerful and the waiters are very professional. The cost is modest. I warmly recommend.

Saw a fly on my grilled chicken pattie as well as flys on the patties on the counter. I informed the employees but she only throw away thos patties has fly on it. I really concerned about the food safety because how they handle the food and feel disgusted.Also, all the vegetable seems are not really fresh.
