Garbage. Didn't give me chips with the cheese dip, and the main part of the meal was missing. They don't put the food in individual boxes so this always happens. Definitely go to the San Mateo Taco Bell instead. Do not recomend

What makes this specific location versus the rest along the "El Camino" so much more pleasurable to visit (Not only when I'm picking up for Drdash or Uber Eats) but for a quick meal is the SERVICE.I totally understand it's just a fast food joint and seems like nowadays customer service has been devalued by most FF joints but in the past year I've always had a very welcoming (with a smile) visit here by the staff and cleanliness in the dining area has been superb on every visit.Whomever is running this location, I commend you and your staff on the above mentioned as well as give you major credit for prompt & most importantly getting every order correctly I've been handed each time. Not to mention, always including napkins & sauces (worst thing is when u open ur bag to enjoy ur food and the restaurant didn't give any napkins or sauces or utensils).In conclusion- Thank U very much!! (2da staff)When your hungry & are cruising down El Camino take that extra few minutes & stop at this location, You will def notice the difference !!!Kbb ®
I made an online order that was sent to the wrong location by the app and immediately tried cancelling the order. The app didnt let me. I tried contacting taco bell to cancel the order and they never picked up and never responded. A month later I got a response where they told me to call them I called and the customer service rep Donna was very impolite and hung up on me. I had a terrible experience with taco bell. They dont care about their customers.

Made breakfast food incorrectly and not according to taco bell menu specs.had the nerve to tell me after making a liard plate I had to suffer through.looked at me with three heads when asking why was food made incorrectly. Stingy with sauce station everything behind counter.Not happy .

Dive thru is pretty quick, Atmosphere at night just be careful there are two young guys one is asian long hair skinny and the other one is caucasian mixed with african american small afro skinny that will try to approach one by one and try to get close to your car, if you are alone they will try to ask you something so you can roll your window down, dont fall for it.., start honking and call 911 right away ,, make sure to keep the doors lock, dont roll your window down until you reach to order and let the employee know and keep your window up until you pick up your orders., ..I was smart enough to not fall for it.Dont go alone always go with another person.Just Be Aware of your surroundings and be safe..Parking: Watch out for wierd people and as soon as you drive in look around until you leave..

One of the better tacobells. A bit pricier but really like the staff there- polite and friendly, not stingy, and very fast. Food is also prepared well and not skimpy on portions or when you ask for sauce or napkins. My go to spot for after hr meals. Wish they were open later!!
