The French fries are similar to those at McDonald’s in Taiwan, and the burgers are also quite delicious. At least I still feel this way after eating fast food for eight days.

It's a Habit Burger. The food and service are about the same as any other Habit.This location is closer to us, but I prefer the one in Serramonte Center. This location is smaller, doesn't have outdoor seating, and hasn't got as much parking available. You also have to ask for a code for the restroom, which isn't a huge deal, but it isn't as convenient and doesn't always jive with my social anxiety.

Been at the Millbrae store a few times. The kiosks are worthless if you want customization especially if you want lettuce wrapped protein style. The staff is sometimes hard to understand their English and they got my order wrong on every visit. They have good onion rings.
Quick and easy to place order , love the service and the burger were awesome , I like this location better than south sf/ Daly City .

The new BLT sandwich is a great deal but essentially a lettuce-and tomato sandwich with three thin slices of bacon. About half the food off a single burger. Avoid or you will be hungry. Nice try fail. Good bacon but not enough .

This Habit hires rude employees who clearly show their annoyed when they are the ones that messed up. So you may want to avoid this habit because they clearly have managers who don't care about being customer friendly and I don't know about you but that isn't the type of people I want making me food. So the way they treat you is "hurry up and order and get out cause you bother me and don't mention the items we forgot to give you cause we will treat you like garbage and roll our eyes" and that is how you will be treated. Newer restaurant with poor management that hires anyone and doesn't do simple customer service training. Changing from 1 to 3 because they have really good customer service on Yelp but not sure I would go back to this one in particular. I will just to see if their workers have been trained to not be rude but I wont rush but these places usually have major employee turnover every 6-10 months. But customer service and every other Habit I have been too (which is quite a few) have been great. So I highly recommend Habit as one of the premier burger franchises. Where everything is so yummy from chicken sandwiches, salads, even the green beans, fries, specials, I have had it all and I recommend the food very much. They also have an app that gives great deals. I expect this one will turn around as well. It is in very nice location in a great city. I will change my review next time I go and I am not confronted by eye rolling couldn't care less about you employees. Always be polite as worker and customers.
