I ordered a hot ginger milk tea here. They served it with a sealed cover and a straw. I did not think too much and wanted to give a try. I carefully sipped with the straw because I know normally the hot drink does not served with a straw. It really burned my tongue!!! Until half hour later (due to the seal) the milk tea getting to the temperature that I can use the straw to drink. Seriously? A hot drink with a straw?!

The boba here is always amazing. I always give it five stars.
However, on my most recent visit, one of the boys on staff called me a fei mui (肥妹) and laughed derisively when I came in to pick up my order. He assumed I cannot speak Cantonese and did not understand he was making fun of me by calling me derogatory names for chubby girl in his language. He did this in front of his manager, the wanpo lady I always see. She has always been nice to me, but as she witnessed this exchange, she did not speak up or tell her staff to be considerate of paying customers.
This experience greatly soured my opinion of the staff there. I hope the manager will speak to the boy on staff and teach him about appropriate workplace behavior and common human decency. Insulting someone in another language because you assume they cannot speak that language is disrespectful, childish, and uncouth.

The tea here is good compared to other tea shops in the area. The milk and sugar doesn't overwhelm the tea. The shop is decorated with anime figures but there's no seating in the shop. Ordering is through just 1 kiosk, but our tea order of 4 was prepared in a timely manner. Parking was not a problem on a Tuesday afternoon.

It is bad customer services and tea doesn't taste good. It also has to wait long times. It was totally bad experience.
Good tea from Taiwan, home of Boba. Boba is good too. Finally..... a Taiwan girl like me can stand Boba in the U.S.

Good tea and decent prices. The boba was good, cooked perfectly and was chewy, not too soft like other tea places. There was a big order in front of us (about 20 drinks), surprised they were able to give us our drink within 10 mins.
