It looks to me that this restaurant rinses USED plastic forks and put them into to-go orders! Big sanitary concerns!

Sanitation concerns! Gave me a dirty fork in my to go bag. Obviously recycling used plastic utensils! The waitress with a pony tail also had a horrible attitude for no obvious reasons when we walked in. Same person handed us the used utensils packed in the bag. Disgusting!

Total disappointment.

The service was rude, dismissive, and very unwelcoming. It felt like the staff had little interest in helping customers.

The online menu is also outdated and lists items that the restaurant no longer offers. The server recommended a replacement dish and said it was similar to what I originally requested, but it was not comparable and the taste was very poor.

There were also multiple issues with the food. We ordered sweet and sour chicken but were served sesame chicken instead. The potstickers were soggy and tasted old, and the xiaolongbao had an unpleasant taste.

Out of courtesy we took the leftovers with us, but the food was so unappealing that we threw it away shortly after leaving.

We were disappointed with our previous favorite Sichuan restaurant on our second visit there. We found this Michelin recommended restaurant as a replacement. We were very impressed. The quality was on par with the best restaurants in Asia, which is a rarity in the US. The beautifully photographed menu made item selection easy. The veggies even turned out better than the picture in the menu. They truly deserve all those awards on their wall. We will make it our regular chinese restaurant from now on.
My wife's干煸肥肠was the best she had ever had.

Delightful dining experience at this Chinese restaurant in Millbrae that specializes in Sichuan cuisine. The menu is surprisingly extensive, despite the compact venue. The Sichuan cold noodles, Mapo tofu, and stir-fried cabbage were our favorites. If you like spicy food, this place is a must-try! Fast and friendly service. Plenty of free street parking within a 3-minute walk.

Probably the best Szechuan restaurant in the Bay Area. They just revamped the menu recently and have new offerings but the old standbys work for me. I think hands down their mapo tofu is the best. It’s quiet on weekdays but on weekends it gets busy. The chef is renowned and very skillful.

I have visited this place when they opened and I like the food then and now. Ordered vegetarian dishes, recommended steam fish since it was really fresh, dandan noodles, pork dumplings. Since I do not like the food spicy I asked them to make the food with no hot peppers at all. The food still was delicious

Food is ok, not impressive. Too few assistants, lack of responses. Food items became missing in the process of dinning. Not satisfying!!
