Taste is 5/5. It’s so good. But omg for this one drink, I waited a little more than 45 minutes. Granted, I was number 150 and when I finished ordering, they were on number 120. The taste is good, but idk if it’s worth the wait. Hopefully when other people go, their wait times are usually shorter. I was thinking maybe they ran out of the tea I ordered. But I would have appreciated a heads up if they were brewing tea

I walked in during non-peak hours with only three other customers in the store and placed my order via the kiosk, but ended up waiting 30 minutes just to get one drink. The AC didn’t seem to be working properly, so it felt like standing in a sauna for half an hour, really poor experience for a walk-in customer. On top of that, the staff was not friendly.
