Ordered a dozen mini red velvet cupcakes and half a dozen salted caramel cupcakes for a toddler birthday and it was a huge hit ! The icing was delicious and the cupcakes sized perfectly . Did it pretty last minute ( a day before ) with a hassle free online order . Pickup experience was smooth . I really liked the options they had on their menu as well .

My first experience with 43&Co is at the local farmer's market. I think we went back over and over again because of their mini banana cream pies and mini chocolate cream pies. I actually do not recall if there were too many other options at the farmer's market because the pies were what caught my eye each time. While perusing through wedding dessert options, we discovered that 43&Co offers a wedding dessert menu so we jumped at this option. Through a few e-mails, we were given the option to choose six flavors from their menu to try and coordinated a pickup from their facility. The sample box is a bit pricey but it is different than their regular menu so it makes sense if they made these pastries specifically for us. Payment was easy and Likbin was very quick to answer all questions and concerns that we had. We were able to try the cream puffs, lemon tart, lychee tart, banana cream pie, and chocolate cream pie, and hazelnut expresso cake. We ended up choosing 5/6 of these options and only avoided the one due to potential nut allergies for our guests. We had a deposit to reserve the date and two months before the wedding, we placed the final number of items that we were looking to order. We coordinated a delivery date and time and made the final payment. On the day of the wedding, Likbin delivered the pastries herself to our knowledge without any issue. Our caterers had set out the desserts on display and everything was devoured shortly after we cut the cake. Everyone enjoyed what they could grab and lucky for us, our caterers set aside a box of two of each dessert for us to enjoy at the end of the night. We'll definitely find some time to enjoy more desserts from 43&Co and would recommend both the service and the food to everyone.

I got desserts catered from 43&co for my wedding and they were a huge hit! We ordered the mini lemon tarts, mini fruit tarts, mini earl grey cream puffs, and mini coconut-cardamom rice pudding cups. We got a lot of compliments from our guests on how delicious the desserts were! My planner made sure to pack us some and we tried the desserts the day after and they were still good! I hadn't tried 43&co before my wedding, didn't even bother to get a sampler, but so glad I went with them! Communication with Likbin at 43&co was also very smooth and timely. I highly recommend them!!

Style and substance! I am always on the hunt for a coconut cream pie that's a dupe of Dahlia Bakery's triple coconut cream pie (Seattle) so I needed to check this one out. I ordered a coconut cream pie, a fruit tart, a pineapple cupcake, and a lemon tart - all in the mini size. But when I win the lottery, I'll be sure to be back to give my winnings to this place in exchange for the full size versions of their delicious desserts.

I recently got married at Saratoga Springs and hired 43 & Company to cater the desserts. I knew right off the bat I didn't want to have a large cake, but rather multiple mini dessert options. Saratoga Springs provided us with their list of preferred vendors, and though they were all great, we were looking for something specific. 43 & Company had the variety we were looking for and once we tried their dessert items we were sold. All the pastries were so delicious it was hard to decide which ones we wanted to serve the day of our wedding. Aside from their beautiful and delicious desserts, they are also so helpful and easy to work with. A few days before the wedding, they informed me of the heat that was expected during our original setup time and provided an alternative solution. I was grateful they brought it to my attention and we were able to quickly coordinate. Our guests raved a lot about the desserts and we couldn't be happier with their service.

Everything I've tried from 43 & Company has been a masterpiece but the Banana Cream Pie is my absolute favorite! It's made of banana slices, house-made salted caramel, premium vanilla bean infused pastry cream in an all-butter flaky crust, topped with lightly sweetened whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings. You can also get them in their mini size in their mix and match box (one of my favorite things to take to potlucks). They're also great for catering team events (spoken from the Google and Meta events I've been to that catered their goodies)!

Delicious cream pies and cakes! This is a pick-up business without a storefront but they make super yummy goodies! I've heard lots about the banana cream pie so that was one of the items I ordered. It definitely lived up to the hype; creamy and banana-y! The crust is also flakey. The items that stood out to me were the banana cream pie, coconut cream pie, fruit tart, and the chocolate cake. They satisfied my sweet tooth without being too sweet. Highly recommend if you are looking to try out some desserts.

Stars for friendly customer service! But the desserts were lacking flavor all around. I’ll start with the pies I ordered (banana and coconut) First thing I need to note were the crusts. They were white- not golden, too thick, too flaky and too dry. The banana pie had a whipped cream filling with fresh bananas on the bottom and Carmel. The pie had bananas in it but somehow did not taste like a banana cream pie. I was expecting a banana custard with whipped cream on top. The whipped cream was not too sweet and I did like that but still I would not consider that a banana cream pie. I felt similarly about the coconut pie. There was barley any trace of coconut flavor and all I really tasted was that same whipped cream. I also ordered the lemon tart. It was zingy but it didn’t taste fresh and the custard was a little too runny. The fruit tart just lacked so much flavor. The custard tasted very similar to that whipped cream just thicker. Such a bummer! I would not recommend this place.

The tarts were so well loved by our guests! I've already had multiple friends ask me where we got the tarts from :) The chocolate cream pies were portioned well and very decadent. Pick-up was easy too!Their lemon tarts are my favorite and really the best - I tried different places for their tarts, and nothing could beat 43's cookie-like crust (not soggy, perfectly crisp like shortbread) and the tart lemoniness (I'm not a fan of sweet lemon - I like it sour!). I would 10/10 buy desserts from them again, just as a treat! :)
