I do not recommend the place, I bought pastries and they were old, all soft and chewy. I showed the employees the product and they ignored me. I asked to speak to a manager and they didn't want to change the pastry for something fresh, nor did they give me my money back. They didn't want to try the product and treated me like a liar. Terrible service

They could educate employees to have better customer service. It's money invested for a fresh product, not something in bad condition.

Andersen Bakery has some pretty solid pastries and baked goods for a decent price. I was really surprised by how much I loved their white chocolate cranberry(I think) cookie they added to my bag. It’s not my normal vibe, but it was one of the best cookies I’ve had in quite some time.

I definitely recommend swinging by if you are wondering the mall. There very well could be a line, though. So, be prepared for that.

Oh! Also, it’s located at the opposite side of the mall from the food court. Don’t make the same mistake I made. If you want to get food from here specifically, don’t park on the food court side of the mall.

Good to take a rest here while shopping
However food is really bad and service is rather poor:
Only bottled water available. I asked for a cup they said no you have to buy bottled water
Coffee espresso only double shot option
They dont warm up anything with sugar in them.

The food is good but when we tried to sit at the only table left we were told we can’t with no explanation. I wouldn’t have purchased any food if I knew we couldn’t sit down.

Tried their churroisant bites and they're not worth it. They didn't feel fresh and the "Nutella" dip is more a "Nesquik" dip. Not worth the money nor the calories.

I requested for a Danish to be warmed up and the guy said pretty rudely it will mess up his oven. A baked item messing up the oven!

The bread here is pretty good! I had a sourdough bread vegetarian feast sandwich. They have a great variety of sandwiches to choose from! I’d definitely recommend eating here or getting food from this bakery!

I am giving 1 star only because i have to rateMy 5 year old mistook a muffin to be blueberry muffin, took it in the self serve tray and inadvertantly touched it. The person at the counter let us know it wasn’t blueberrry muffin and pointedly said since your daughter touched it you have to pay for it. What a rude jerk she was… terrible customer service.ideally , You discard the muffin and ask whether we need anything else and make us, the customer comfortable. The manager did do that after i complained but there wasn’t an apology of any sort from him either, rather blurted out policy. The manager and rhe cashier acted like jerks over a $4 muffin in frotn my kidAndersen bakery , never again.

It was our first time trying this bakery. From the pastries we tried I can say the quality of the breads are good, but the filling that they call pistachio is nothing even close it’s a meringue based filling with excessive almond extract which is not pleasant to eat. When I gave them the feedback they said we don’t bake our pastries ourselves.Another interesting behavior we observed was when we asked for utensil and their response was that we have lots of customers and can’t give you more than one set. As if we weren’t a customer! The store wasn’t that busy either!!

We ordered a bread for dine in and asked if they can warm it up in the microwave for just 20 seconds to melt the cheese a little bit, but they refused. Seeing the microwave at the back of the counter. I wish the manager can help better there service. Please manager educate your employees why they refuse to warm the bread if the microwave are just not doing anything. 20 seconds is not too much for your customers to enjoy the bread warm.

Clam chowder is good but the doughnut with filling was ok. Not crowded on Friday lunch time.I tried the cold brew coffee a year ago and it was ok too.
