Reliably some of the best food in the bay, always make a point to try to go if I’m near Milpitas. Favorite type of Vietnamese food. Their beef rolls are delicious but also if you have a big enough group their entire roasted fish is out of this world.

This is not your typical Vietnamese place where you get a bowl of noodle soup.

This place serve ‘Bo Bay Mon’ aka seven courses of beef for a prix price. You can exchange 1 course with no extra cost.

This is also a very hands on place where you have to make your own wraps/rolls, just like Mushu pork but with rice paper, your choice of rice noodles (optional as this is a side dish) your choice of protein and veggies/herbs.

Highly recommend this place. It's my go-to place for bo 7 mon (Vietnamese 7 courses of beef) and has consistently stayed good over the many years I've come here. Service is simple, but that is standard in Vietnamese restaurants. One of the best Vietnamese places in the Bay Area.
