Highly recommend this place. It's my go-to place for bo 7 mon (Vietnamese 7 courses of beef) and has consistently stayed good over the many years I've come here. Service is simple, but that is standard in Vietnamese restaurants. One of the best Vietnamese places in the Bay Area.
The bo 7 mon here is the most worth it. 2 orders ($36 pp) for 3 people is more than enough and very delicious. Of course, note a lot of peanuts in case of an allergy
This time we decided to get the fried fish ($75) to make rolls with and it was very crispy with fried onions, garlic, etc. To me a little heavy on the honey to make it crunchy, but the rolls always come with good veggies that you can get more for free.

The first time I came here must have been over 10 years ago. I don’t think the items changed, but prices must have gone up through inflation.The first course was the house special beef salad. The beef was scarce or so minced that some folks thought it was chicken or pork. It was quite refreshing, but felt that the beef disappeared. The second course was the lukewarm pot shaba-shabu style.
