Anjappar Chettinad Indian Restaurant

Not a good experience..We have been going to this restaurant for long time..but looks like the management and chef changed ..we could clearly see the difference in taste and hospitality... We ordered few items along with Schezwan fried rice..but they brought schezwan noodles..it was an odd moment and we thought the waiter may have noted wrong and we accepted to eat the noodles itself. But it tasted very bland..later the waiter said that he noted and ordered Schezwan fried rice only and told us that he will replace it. So we waited without eating the noodles..But he never brought the fried rice but brought the receipt without even apologising that he could not bring the replacement..we felt a kind of insulting..it was an unpleasant dinner experience..waste of money and time...

I went to Anajapar! With my friends. I had pondu kohzambu, rasam, rice, potato masala and filter coffee. Pondu kohzambu was awesome, nice and spicy and very good tasting. Rasam and potato masala were okay. Filter coffee with sugar was incredible. Awesome service, like Chennai 5 star hotels.

We love Anjappar! We have eaten here twice and the wait staff has been so kind each time. We have dietary restrictions (celiac) and need to eat gluten free, and they have accommodated nicely each time. The dosa was huge and delicious! And we absolutely loved the mutton masala. 😋

We as a family were at the Restaurant for Lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed the see raga Sambha Chicken Biryani Meal and the North Indian Vegetarian Thali that we had ordered. Highlight was the Songs played at the Restaurant, that ensured a good time for the family. Tasty food, that was value for money and customer friendly service. Must try Restaurant when in Milpitas, CA, USA

My kids and I came to this restaurant for the first time. We had actually order Uber Eats pickup but the second we entered the restaurant, my kids wanted to open everything and eat right here.
Sandy, the guy at the front desk was very helpful and kind. He opened and served our orders and interacted very nicely with the kids.
Definitely a place to come back and enjoy a meal with family.

Ordered Chicken Briyani and Nethili Fry. The taste was good. Very polite and courteous staff. Quantity of food went much beyond my expectations. I could not complete. I had to finally pack the food. I would recommend this place.

Anjappar in Milpitas is an absolute gem! The Chettinad chicken was perfectly spiced, fiery, and packed with flavor, while the vegetable pulao was fragrant and loaded with fresh veggies and soft paneer. Everything tasted authentic, generous portions, and the service was quick and friendly. Easily the best South Indian/Chettinad meal I’ve had in the Bay Area. Already craving my next visit! Highly recommend!
