The worst restaurant I have ever met. The food is nothing same as the photo. The noodles all break, vegetable on the noodles is not boiled but just like salad…
Also, we wait 30mins to get the first dish, and 60mims to get the drink… nightmare experience.

How does this place have decent reviews? Everything was mid to bad, the service, food, atmosphere, locations weird, and it took them 45 min to make the wrong soup to go when I asked for here. Reminded me of airplane food, it wasn’t of quality or flavor, don’t go!

Food quality has degraded a lot specifically for jain food no onion no garlic. We have tried couple of times but now the quality of food is much worse. When it opened they had better quality and taste but now it is pretty tasteless

Very good, but a little too salty! I hope to go lighter next time.

Looks are deceiving. The portions are kids menu size. The sizzlers are dry and just a bunch of stuff piled up and sent in a platter with sizzling oil. There is so much oil splattering everywhere that we had to get up and just step away. I thought it was an honest mistake.. but same thing was repeated in the table next to ours.
And the falooda.. omg.. they just don't know what that is.
I'm never returning back.

What a great vegan/vegetarian find! The Asian flavors were so great and all of the food tasted so good! The spice level was so perfect and the food was not greasy at all. We couldn’t believe this place has been there for almost 2 years. Owner was super friendly and really cares about making sure her customers enjoy the food. We’ll be back!

Asian Bowl Restaurant in Milpitas truly impressed me! The ambience is great, with both comfortable indoor and lovely outdoor seating options.
I absolutely loved the Jain Sizzler - it's almost vegan with the tofu selection and no cheese, making it a fantastic option for those seeking plant-based dishes. I highly recommend choosing noodles instead of rice for the sizzler; it was a delicious combination! While the Jain Sizzler was a standout, I do wish there were a few more Jain options on the menu.
The food quality overall is excellent, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. A huge bonus is having Annapoorna right next door, making it super convenient to pick up food from both restaurants at the same time.
If you're in Milpitas and craving quality Asian food, especially if you're looking for flavorful vegetarian or almost-vegan options, Asian Bowl is definitely worth a visit!

I went to Asian Bowl in Milpitas and wow, I’m still thinking about that meal which was entirely vegetarian and vegan!! Got the Thai Sizzler and Khou Sway and both were really excellent!
The Thai Sizzler came out on this sizzling hot plate, you could smell the aroma Thai basil from across the table. The thai curry side had this perfect balance of sweet and spicy that I couldn’t get enough of. The crispy cauliflower was tender and crunchy on the outside. I’m a fan of their cooking methods, because this was really fresh and tasty!
The Tofu Khou Suey was something I’d never tried before - it’s a Burmese coconut curry noodle soup. The lemongrass flavour hit me at every bite! Creamy but not too heavy, with this nice tangy kick. They topped it with fried onions and fresh herbs, plus a lime wedge that really brightened everything up. It was one of those dishes that’s both comforting and exciting at the same time.
Service was solid and the place has a nice, relaxed vibe. The food definitely stands out from your typical Asian restaurant, especially for vegetarian and more healthy options. I’m already planning to go back and try some other dishes on their menu.

Giving 2 stars because it’s veg at least. Food was not good. Got the crispy rolls which were just frozen spring rolls. Also got the chili garlic noodles with tofu. The tofu was very strange (almost soggy?). The noodles were horribly cooked (no bite, complete mush). The actual sauce tasted fine, but nothing to save the dish
Went there on a Thursday evening & it was relatively quiet. Had Gobi Manchurian, Manchurian Sizzler, Crispy Cauliflower, Mao Bao, Vegan Pho, brownie sizzler & Magic Mango Boba. Gobi Manchurian was a miss on flavour & was super spicy even though we specifically asked them for mild. Kids loved everything else, esp the crispy cauliflower. The pho was flavourful, mango boba & brownie sizzler was a hit. Will definitely visit again, reasonably priced & Pedro took good care of us.

We chose to eat at this place because it was so close to our hotel and did not know what to expect. But what a great find! Very welcoming atmosphere. It felt right at home even though We shared the table with strangers! The food tasted delicious! Admittedly, a little decadent! The food is served sizzling and it is a real showstopper! I ordered the Manchurian sizzler platter and I recommend it! The staff treated us like kings and queens! One of the hosts asked us how we liked it and we both exclaimed that we loved it! The host said that her mother is the chef!
