Just left this place. Ordered a turtle cappuccino blast medium and received a regular cappuccino blast. I think the lady was more interested in what was on her phone. Then what I ordered and she had a child there, so you know, running a day Care on the phone I can see how messing up an order can happen.

My wife came in to order cake and wanted a different flavor for her cake which they already have in place but the manager wanted to charge her extra $20 just for adding the flavor. On top of that my wife ordered a quart of Ice cream which the owner or manager didnt fill. After being a regular for the last 5 years and seeing the shady portions time to move to ColdStone down the street.

Great experience. We got to try some flavors and the ice cream was tasty and it was the perfect temperature. The pistachio almond was very good!

We had 4 flavors in all. All of it was excellent - triple mango, pralines and Cream (my all time favorite), pineapple coconut as well as mint chocolate chip.

Well, goodbye, Baskin and Robbins, I have been a customer for over 5 years at this location, but today I came to get a gallon of coconut ice and vanilla or any of the bigger size and was received with lots of hostility from attendant, Indian gal in her 20's , refuse to fill the flavors cause implied extra work, had to take whatever was available and refuse to give me paper cups, she said 50 cents each, no more of this nonsense for me this franchises treat people like trash, no more putting up with this behavior, I'm going to coldstone now 3 blocks on the other side, basking Robbins can't treat me like that I can buy anywhere where I'm treated with kind and respect. My money is good anywhere.

Nice place for getting ice cream. They have lots of flavors to choose from. I wish they move their closing time to 9:30 at least on the weekends.

Their service is superb. I wanted a cake with a picture on it. They were able to make it with 2 hour notice. I sincerely appreciated that.
