I love Baskin Robbin's, but the service here is really bad especially the woman who works at Sunday night. She not only has a poker face but also impatience. Very terrible!

Ice cream always hits the spot, and Baskin Robbins usually delivers!We got the chocolate chip cookie dough and the strawberry, and they were good.This location is a bit nicer than others, so bumping up to 4 stars.

Stopped by to get an iced cold brew. When we got it, it looked kinda like watered down coffee which was fine. Looked far from the poster outside the store. Sat in the car and took a sip, I got a taste of sourness like the milk was spoiled. Went back in to tell them. They said no refund and that’s how it’s supposed to taste and that all they can do is add sweetener. I said it’s fine and walked out. Bottom line, do not go here if you don’t wanna be upset about your order. Seems dirty inside too. That’s all?

Please do not come here! The place is super dirty, the manager, and the employees are so rude. I have waited 10 minutes to order some ice cream. They were playing on their phones and didn’t even wash their hands while they were serving ice cream. You will regret spend your money here.

Sorry, didn't take pic. Had a two scoop sundae. Gold Medal Ribbon and the new, oh so delicious, Oreo & cold brew (has real coffee in it) ice creams with caramel and everything on it.Nice way to end the night!
