I like this place - I like their food. But today is the 2nd time where I paid for extra radish and they didnt pack it in my Togo order. I call back the restaurant and they dont answer. What can I do to get my extra radishes? Why are they keep forgetting items when ppl paid extra for it....

one of my comfort foods! ive had these way too many times - and it has almost always hit the mark except- sometimes while eating mala dtteokbokki i would literally get a lot of chilli flakes in my mouth. i love spice and can handle it but this was kinda unpleasant- so would love to see consistency.

I was craving fried chicken and was trying to find a new place that offer it ... So decided to go with this place. I regret it... I should of read more of the negative reviews on here. First thing I tasted was the fries.... The most tasteless fries I've ever had. The chicken, like others mentioned, had a weird unpleasant after taste... Don't know what thats all about.... And today is the next day after eating it ... I have a stomachache.... Funny because some else mentioned the same thing. I should of gone to traditional KFC or Popeyes smh. Sorry bbq chicken, I don't like writing reviews even for positive feedbacks. Just honest feedback. Oh and it's very expensive.

The chicken is really high quality. The non chicken items are also good. My only suggestion would allowing 2 flavors for 8 or 10 piece meals please!

Clean interior with polite employees, no problems whatsoever. I love getting the original fried chicken (the saucy ones are too saucy). The original is fried to a light crisp with subtle spiciness. Best part is the way their cut their bone-in chicken. It makes it super easy to eat.

Update: this time I tried the Soy Garlic wings... it was a 10/10 having the right amount of sauce, crisp, and lots of garlic flavor like I prefer. Great with beer.

I’ve gotten takeout three times so I don’t know anything about the service or atmosphere.
The third time I downloaded the app and ordered from there to get the rewards because I like the place enough to know I’ll want to go back again.
Don’t be afraid to over order. The left overs is still tasty the next day if you pop it in an air fryer.
