The customer service experience was unsatisfactory, which was a significant disappointment given my initial enthusiasm. The establishment itself is quite appealing; however, the lack of adequate customer service detracts from the overall experience.

My friend and I went to go hang out at this place and check out the arcade. They had a big selection of games to choose from.
Servers were nice, especially Ferdie. My friend is deaf and she usually has someone accompany her while ordering. Said that the guy knew sign language.
We had fun, would recommend Big Al's.

Great place for watching sports it’s adult/kid friendly. We loved hanging out with Ferdie at the bar he’s the best bartender. Thank you for an awesome experience.

My group decided to go out to watch the a UFC fight, and it was our first time coming here to watch an event. It was such a great experience overall. Our bartender Ferdie was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and very courteous. He acknowledged us right away and let us know he’d be with us soon, which we really appreciated instead of being left standing there wondering when we'd get served like other bartenders often do. He also chatted with us during the fights, which made the whole experience even better (he's very funny lol). Because of him, we had a great experience and we’ll definitely be back for future events.

Visited Big Al's few days ago to meet a friend to play at the arcade. They have good selection of games and prizes out there which was fun.
While waiting for them to arrive, I went to go over the bar area for a drink. I usually communicate by speech to text (no bueno for venues with crowds like these, im deaf) or typing on my phone. However, the bartender, Ferdie, knew ASL so that made it easier to order a Shirley Temple (and snacks). Nice dude, very patient, and i'm grateful for that.
Overall, me and my friend enjoyed our time here. Good food, Good games, Good vibes.

Shout to Ferdie for being an amazing bartender!! it was a pretty chill Thursday night and my friend and I were just hanging out, chatting, catching up we’d asked him for some recommendations and he pointed out 1-2 drinks on the menu based on our preference of liquor and even offered to make some off the menu drinks as well which we highly appreciated! Overall, food was also great but we’ll definitely be back because of ferdie

The bartender Tito gave the best service during one of the recent niner games. He was fast, attentive, and helped me choose a tequila for my drink because I was indecisive. Also had a great short convo while he made my drinks. Appreciate the great service!

A large space with lots to do. Good friendly clientele, decent prices, and it is what it's supposed to be

For happy hours and their special offers (half price Wednesdays, arcade credit with kids meal) this place is great. I wouldn't pay full price though.

Coming here for a 49ers game was one of the best watching experiences we’ve ever had. The place is absolutely massive with bowling, games, and massive TVs for watching events. There truly is something to do here for everyone. Parking was very easy to find as there’s a massive lot outside. There’s also an outdoor area if you want to have a nice breeze while you eat but it does feel a bit separated from the rest of the place if you’re looking to split time between eating and playing. They do get very busy and don’t take reservations or have an easy to access waitlist so be prepared in case you come on a big day. We would recommend coming an hour or so before gametime to make sure you can get a good table because it did fill up quickly. Since we were here to watch the 49ers play Monday night football we also got to take advantage of their happy hour specials, which was a big plus. We loaded up on food, here’s what we got: chicken, beef, and cheese quesadillas; one pound of buffalo wings; Big Al’s nachos; and a brookie.
The food did take quite a bit of time to come out, but to be fair to them the place was packed for Monday Night Football and there were some large parties. The portions are absolutely massive and can easily feed a large party. The quesadillas were delicious, everything was really. The nachos were stacked up high and the wings were pretty good although we ordered a second set that never came, presumably because they forgot them. The brookie was also very good, a nice sendoff for all the carbs we just put down. All the food plus the ambiance of cheering (and a Niners win) made this just a fantastic experience. Big Al’s is just a fun place to be at regardless of any games but when the Niners are playing this is definitely the spot to be at!
Corporate event, 3rd time using them. Great event every time.
