My friend and I went to go hang out at this place and check out the arcade. They had a big selection of games to choose from.

Servers were nice, especially Ferdie. My friend is deaf and she usually has someone accompany her while ordering. Said that the guy knew sign language.

We had fun, would recommend Big Al's.

My group decided to go out to watch the a UFC fight, and it was our first time coming here to watch an event. It was such a great experience overall. Our bartender Ferdie was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and very courteous. He acknowledged us right away and let us know he’d be with us soon, which we really appreciated instead of being left standing there wondering when we'd get served like other bartenders often do. Visited Big Al's few days ago to meet a friend to play at the arcade. They have good selection of games and prizes out there which was fun.

While waiting for them to arrive, I went to go over the bar area for a drink. I usually communicate by speech to text (no bueno for venues with crowds like these, im deaf) or typing on my phone.
