We tried couple of Biryani’s varieties today, it was not good, People who cook food here are not the same people who represents restaurant, no authenticity of food taste, this is my opinion today, Sept 2025.
Worst biriyani I have had in the bay area. Biriyani tasted like some vegetable rice tossed in a lot of oil without any spice or flavor. Very sad to see a good restaurant becoming like this

I’m beyond disappointed with Biryaniz. I ordered paneer biryani but they sent chicken biryani – and this isn’t the first time. The same mistake happened a few months ago, and I had stopped eating here. Today I gave them another chance and it ruined my friend’s birthday celebration, as we are all vegetarian.
This is not just carelessness, it’s utter negligence and complete disrespect for customers. Once might be a mistake, but twice shows they don’t care. I will never order from Biryaniz again and strongly warn others not to trust them with your food.

Yesterday me and my friend went to have dinner and experienced the worst biryani ever in Bay Area. Looks like they don’t maintain the same quality of food every-time, it was pretty disappointing that they are not able to meet the standards of other Indian restaurants in Bay Area.

Poor Customer Service. We ordered from the Dosa counter and they it takes 20-25 minutes. so we decided to cancel the order but the person at the counter said we need to give phone number and follow up for the cancellation as they don't have authority to cancel the orders. Only owner can do it. How does this makes any sense ? Why is it so difficult to cancel and issue refund immediately?
