The food was okay — fair for the price. But the front desk service was terrible, and I won’t be going back.
I went there twice in a row, and both times I ordered clearly through the self-service machine, so there’s no way I made a mistake with my order.
Each time, my receipt clearly showed which sauce I ordered, but they never gave it to me. I had to walk back to ask for it again.
The second time, I selected dine-in, but they still packed it as take-out.
When I spoke to the male staff member, I said, “Could you give me one bag and some tissue?” He handed me only a bag. When I repeated, “and some tissue,” he seemed to mumble something under his breath, like he was complaining — I couldn’t hear it clearly. But I said it right; he was just bad at communicating.
It was really annoying. Such small things keep going wrong every time, and they end up troubling the customers instead of taking responsibility.
Everyone needs to stop eating this shit. Last night I had a couple of Spicy Crispy chicken sandwiches that tasted like just oil b/w buns. Onion rings reek of rancid oil and chemicals. Eat from a local burger joint or In-N-Out which is cheaper and 100% better quality food. Never gonna eat from Burger King in my life again after this experience. Yuck!

Definitely not worth the high price. The burger is very small. High calories.
One can find more healthy options for a lower price in the neighborhood
I went to drive thru and I wanted to use my discount coupon that everything large for $7.99 but the AI dont understand but still I was told for the amount of $11.99 and when I got to the window i immediately said to the cashier that its a mistake that I have a coupon hand it to him and he said next time say coupon and then I was still billed with $11.99 total its because I was in a hurry I didnt pay attention to the bill only when I got home i realized that my bill is too high cause even if I add 9.38% the total is $8.739462. He didnt use my coupon and he didnt return my coupon.

They use AI to take your order at the drive thru. I used some of my points to order a discounted meal. The system couldn’t read me saying “fruit punch” for my drink, so it said it was getting a live person. The system redeemed my points when I first tried to order and the jerk that came on the intercom cleared the screen. I tried to give him the code again and he told me I just don’t have enough points to order. He would not budge and kept blaming me, refusing to listen to what I was saying. HORRIBLE customer service.
