Today 5/21 I came in for my lunch management on duty was very rude ! I have been coming here for over 4 years at least once or twice a week. I even bring a group of my coworkers have never experienced this kind of service , I asked for two bbq sauces . Manager on duty was annoyed and said we only give one sauce for free, the young Mexican girl working and him said, “ I was being annoying in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish ( poor work ethics ) .Which I confronted them both ! As a manager you should have customer service skills or not work in the customer service industry! All other employees have never gave me any issues for a 25 cent bbq sauce lol 😂 how embarrassing of him !Edit: Spoke with the manager she apologized for the service provided and made sure I feel welcomed every time I come for lunch. I appreciate her being humble and respectful because of her i am changing my rating to 5 star service . There are still people who care about their customers. All other staff has always been very friendly and kind minus the incident. Food is fresh and on point always 🫶

Place an order and make sure that they did not put ketchup or mayo and I told them that I was allergic to both when I got to the drive-through window I specifically double check and ask The person to drive-through window if there is ketchup or mayo, he said no when I got home there was ketchup and mayo in my burger when I specifically told them I was allergic.😡

I looked into burger king, and found out that they sell over 6 million burgers in the US daily. I don't see any cows standing on the side of the street waiting to get butchered. More investigation led me to finding out that there are Meats coming in from different countries that are mixing in with the meat at Burger King ground up. A lot of the meat comes from different countries which are mixed in with the meat here. Which means that strains of bacteria from different country get mixed in with our meat so they can sell that many burgers in the country a day. Lot of people are getting sick. I'm telling you it's from all the meats getting mixed in and all the different bacterias. Stay away from Burger King McDonald's or any other place that sell burgers. Diverticulitis is one of the most commonly ailments that you will get if you get sick from this meat. Meat is ground up and it has a lot of oxygen to get in there and create a lot of bacteria and get you sick. This is why I will only eat a steak because it only has two sides for the oxygen to hit and it's less likely that you will get sick. Take my advice stop eating these burgers or one day you will get Diverticulitis and I wouldn't want that sickness on anybody. Be careful what you eat.

Waited 10 min for my food even though it was not busy. When I asked the staff, they already had my food ready but kept it behind the counter. They forgot sauce also

Lupe was so kind and understanding, I placed an order at the wrong location. By the time I came here. She was kind of enough to remake my order fresh and hot. She offered my daughter a free ice cream cone while we waited. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you Lupe! What a difference between the Great mall BK at the food court.
