Today 5/21 I came in for my lunch management on duty was very rude ! I have been coming here for over 4 years at least once or twice a week. I even bring a group of my coworkers have never experienced this kind of service , I asked for two bbq sauces . Manager on duty was annoyed and said we only give one sauce for free, the young Mexican girl working and him said, “ I was being annoying in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish ( poor work ethics ) .Which I confronted them both...
Lupe was so kind and understanding, I placed an order at the wrong location. By the time I came here. She was kind of enough to remake my order fresh and hot. She offered my daughter a free ice cream cone while we waited. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you Lupe! What a difference between the Great mall BK at the food court.
First time eating burger king, always a McDonald shake shack and five guys person.The fries in BK are REALLY FRESH and delicious, far exceed my expectations. We got a whopper and it's also good. I think they can be called Fries King! Will come back
