Went to Cajun Crack'n Milpitas with friends for seafood boil, chose the shrimp and crab mix in medium spice that packed flavor but the corn on cob was overcooked mushy. Bags made it fun messy eating at the table covered in plastic, place smelled garlicky from the sauces steaming everywhere. Server suggested adding sausage which bulked it up nice though we waited extra for the order during rush.

Seafood boil at Cajun Crack'n Milpitas came with crawfish and clams in garlic butter sauce that soaked through the bag everywhere. Spice level medium burned a little but the corn absorbed it well. Spot was buzzing with groups cracking shells, bibs helped with the mess though the tables got sticky fast.

The service and atmosphere is great. I had the crab along with a lot of other seafood. Crab is my favorite and it was not good. The shrimp and everything else was great so my favorite just wasnt good so I left disappointed

The first time my partner and I visited this place was amazing! The second however NOT! The seafood was almost COLD! There was lil to NO sauce and the food was almost DRY! We asked for an extra sauce (which was paid for btw) and they still didn’t bring it to us! It’s sad that we made a choice to not go back again. Very disappointed because we knew they could do better💔

I would like to start off by saying I’m so disappointed in this establishment present day when you first started you were excellent now it seems this whole establishment has gone downhill! So let me first start off by saying we spent as a family for quite a bit of money in this restaurant today 3/22/2025 both my daughters ordered two seafood boil bags with rice. I ordered garlic noodles and catfish and my grandson catfish first thing that came out was the garlic noodles by it self why? 10 minutes later the catfish came out 10 minutes to 15 minutes later the seafood boil came out when you are an establishment, you should know you serve everything at one time as my daughters were eating their seafood boil the rice still did not come out nor did we get our drinks , and we had to wait another 15-20 minutes still never came we told our server we do not want the rice we seen that she was serving her nationality rice with their food thereafter but we had to wait I told her no thank you!! We prefer several drinks from the bar, which were very disgusting then to go to the bathroom to wash my hands and there’s period blood all on the floor on the toilet seat and inside the stall toilet itself toilet Paper, feminine napkins, and tampons all over the place this is disgusting and despicable. I don’t know who the district manager is but you guys better get it tight and right real soon!! Clearly, the manager was not aware of the customer service or lack there of !! Nor checked any restroom I’m so disgusted by the level of uncleanliness to the level of unprofessional service from you guys!!

I waited a very long time for my simple sandwich. More than 20 minutes. I do not recommend going here during lunch at work. Plus, it is not stated anywhere that independent ordering is only for takeaway. And they automatically charged me a $5 tip! First and last time in this place
This place has servers with no experience. They are clueless as servers. My salad came when i finished my lunch. The server didnt know a 7-up from. Seagrams seven from a glass of water. What a pos place to eat. I’m one and done. There seems to me no one in charge at this place. McDonald’s ha s better service.

Food: TRASH! Not fresh at all! Fish friend in old grease, not crispy, fried oysters fried in old grease! Cold French fries boil seafood not fresh!! Chewy mussels and clams! Not enough butter!
This is what we get for venturing outside of The Boiling Crab! $175 WASTED!

The reviews were misleading! But, awesome for those who have a great experience!
Service: nice waiter but covering a large section so you know how that is not too attentive due to the ratio of customers.
Also they served us the wrong fries with the fish basket, easy mistake! But, the waiter asked if we wanted a new basket or just a fry replacement.
I said a fry replacement so that they don’t have to waste food!
However, she says ok then comes back with an empty basket to ask my daughter to take her fish out and give her the fries back. I said no absolutely ghetto! I said the proper thing to do is to just take the entire order and replace it! She was super sweet and apologized but for the sake of customer satisfaction and proper resolution just replace the entire order especially if the meal is brought as one order.
The atmosphere was nice, it was clean in the restaurant! We were treated properly!
But, for the food no one should wait as long as we did for old food!
