Saturday around 10pm I ordered a sourdough sandwich with French fries and no drink. 45 minutes later after eating it I got sick. I was up till 1 am using the bathroom at home. I was sick for 3 days. I was very weak and couldn't eat for days. I am now still getting over it and it's Wednesday.

I literally haven't eaten fast food in over 23 months (I lost over 139 pounds). Unfortunately I was trustwothy enough to make sure my items were there, but I didn't feel the temp of the food I was not far from home the bag was shut and the heater was on..... this food is not edible. Tried calling their number is busy because whoever is supposed to make hot food is really talking on the phone. I wish I lived in a world where I can read your tshirt for the day that says "I'm going to listen and get everything right!" Or you may as well go somewhere else because I give 2 about your order.... Then I'd give u a tip.... For being honest

They close shop at 10:45 but don't unfreeze tenders at 9:30. Very slow to take and provide the order. I generally take from Sunnyvale Carl's and it is way better in terms of service and quality.

App let me order a breakfast burrito. When I got to the store they told me it's not breakfast anymore. I asked for a refund for the Breakfast burrito and they said no, fix it in the app. That is IMPOSSIBLE. I asked for a hamburger that was 20cents more and they wanted to charge me for it. They kept insisting I could fix this on the app because that's what corporate told them. No instructions on how to do this because you CANT. The staff showed no interest in taking accountability or trying to find an amicable solution. Ignorance and incompetence were all that was offered.

There is no way to give cero stars service is terrible employees and managers food was ok beside the waffle fríes they refries the one they have sitting and they get mad because I asked for some better manager and employees gets cero stars
