Thumbs up on the escargot - tender and flavorful. Buttered toast on top was nice too - toasted nicely outside and soft inside.Thumbs up on the imperial rolls - piping hot and tasty. I enjoyed wrapping them up in the lettuce and basil.

It's been years since I last came here. It's such a nostalgic feeling, just seeing the same French-style tables, soft jazz music, and wall decorations makes you feel at home. I'm so glad we came back and had it again today. The food still tastes the same as when I was younger. The flavors of the steak is chef's kiss. The salad and vinaigrette dressing make the perfect combo with the steak. I love the blend of Vietnamese and French cuisine; it's incredibly flavorful. The staff is super friendly and attentive; they came right away when we needed anything. All the food we ordered came out quickly and was devoured in seconds, leaving no crumbs lol. I read some negative reviews, and they mentioned the service was slow, but they don't realize this is a family-owned business. Please understand that they have been open and operated for years now. Please support small businesses, as it has been very hard for them to overcome these past few years with COVID and all. Hopefully, they can continue to stay open for many years so we can come back for more yummy food. My family and I would definitely come back again, definitely more often!

Relaxing and peaceful vibes while enjoying delicious Vietnamese food. Came here for a team lunch on Thursday with a reservation. Chez Christina had our table ready and provided excellent service and food, 5/5! Ordered the steak with mushroom sauce and it was excellent. Will be coming again in my personal time :)

Party of 10 ... food is very good - from escargots to lotus root salad to the steaks! Server, though, was nervous (perhaps she is new?) and got a couple of orders incorrect (e.g. ordered steak with egg and we got steak with pate, ordered vegetarian plate with rice and we got something else but server replaced the incorrect orde). But no big deal - overall, we had a great evening there!

As long as they are not near closing time or too busy, I can say the staff service is good and friendly. But I recommend you to try to eat soon when the restaurant is going to close before 9:00 because I don't think it's good for them to stay after business hours. I'm a slow eater so I always know this.

SOLID … five stars with #honorsI’m pho complicated I remove the noodles and add vegetables for a lower carb version of pho. It’s amazing, so is Chez Christina. Their menu is deep and tasty in Vietnamese and French favorites, including French onion soup (you know, the little bread and cheese on top baked in the oven). Enjoy, this place is definitely one of my very favorites.
