I just came in to get a salad at lunch. I mean yeah I'm trans. But it's pretty clear from my clothes, my voice, my name, that I'm trying my best. And they still addressed me as sir. Misgendering people isn't cool. The salad was fine, but I'm not coming back.

This review is for the blonde at cash register taking orders on Wednesday 11/19 at 11:15am. My order was messed up which is ok. We are all humans and have bad days, so I waited patiently. But she was refusing to serve or even answer questions from selected few people. When I asked for sauce, her response with an attitude was there's one already, HOW MANY MORE DO YOU NEED? REALLY???? FIRST, LEARN TO TREAT ALL EQUALLY. YOU ARE NOT GIVING FOOD FOR FREE. NEVER GOING BACK.
I come here for a quick bite to eat... however they have the best fresh squeezed lemonade here. They sell it in gallon size to take home also.

Feeling a bit frustrated, I decided to call Chick-fil-A, and the team took down my complaint, assuring me they would get back to me.
As the weekend went by, I almost forgot about the issue; while it wasn’t the end of the world, I felt it was important to bring it to their attention for the sake of improvement. Then, I received a call from Evelyn. I could sense her warmth and genuine desire to make things right. She truly listened to my concerns and resolved the issue with care.
