I will never go to Chick -fil-A again. I mean, who do they think they are?! There's lots of other chicken chains to go to now. If they aren't going to fulfill their guests requests like well done/crispy fries, then they could at least make sure that they are at least cooked properly and not flaccid, soggy, greasy, undercooked pieces of potato. Prices are to high to be wasting hard earned money on something you're not happy with. This is the second and last time I waste my money there. I forgot that they had done this to me one time before. The sucky part is that I live in San Francisco so it was an adventure and out of the way trip for me to visit this location all to be disappointed. Sorry Chick -fil-A no more business from me.

Props to this Location near a Freeway and in a busy intersection. Normally go in drive thru and the service is always met with a smile and patience when we order. It is quick and efficient!

My family and I have been coming to this location for quite some time ever since it practically open we have never had any issue with the customer service, it was always 110 percent excellent! But lately things have gone downhill there’s a female employee her name is Liliana Peñaloza I was lucky enough to see her name tag , super rude the whole time we were there and hasn’t been the first time she makes rude comments, laughs , and we don’t know what she tells the others employees because she look back at us and laugh! Liliana is super rude she doesn’t like to take our orders and makes the other employees do it she makes us feel very uncomfortable. There once a point where we had to go because of her attitude

Thank for hiring nice and courteous employees regardless of location as Chick-fil-A grows. I remember my brother in law(Sam), my sister Cathy, and my nieces and nephews bringing me— i miss my sister since she passed over 5 years ago and laid to rest in Ellijay.Chick-fil-A reminds me of the small town that I have been visiting for over 28years, the culture of the town, and how friendly everyone is when visiting Ellijay.Keep hiring the right people and may God Bless you!
Nothing special. The wait was long. They left off some of our order. When asked to fix it, they acted as if it was my fault.Just under 30$ for a small mediocre lunch complete with attitude.Dietary restrictions: They DO have gluten free buns for an extra fee. Be prepared to assemble your own sandwich if you order gluten free.They do not open the package and assemble it for you.
