Ugh. I love Chili's as my go to spot. Today was not their finest moment. The staff was awesome! Friendly and attentive. Food was ok. The salsa was super watery. Our food tastes like it was microwaved. We ordered fajitas. The chicken barely had grill marks. We will give it another try of course. Hope the food improves!!

Firstly, we have to wait 15 mins before seated by a rude greeter in a seemingly empty restaurant. Then while ordering, we requested to change table (lots were empty), but they didn't. Food was ok. Chips were really good, I hope dips were not so watered down. Chicken Fajitas were ok as well. I liked the black bean that came with that.

Looks like corporate decided they need to increase their profits we went for dinner drinks and appetizers wow our chili queso was 1/3 of the dish my explosion salad was very small.We have been by to Chili's for o over 30 years this particular location as we live in the neighborhood.What a disappointment and to top it off we go at least once a week with a tab of at least 60$. The servers are always great though and also our bartenders but if this continues we will find another spot

I've been coming to this Chili's since it opened its door back in the 80s. I also go to the one in Fremont Hub since it's closer to home. When I wanted a burger I go to a Chili's. I tried burgers at other places including steak houses but my favorite place for burger is still from Chili's. I tried BBQ ribs a couple of times I think I'll skip. The service was always good. The waiter/waitress always come around to ask if everything is good, if we need refills... The price is good for what you get.

Our server Mathew was super friendly. We go in all the time. Told him we are on a new caffeine free kick so he told us about all the different lemonades they have. Only bad thing was that once we got our food l, he never came around except to give us our check.
What's going on with Chili's? We went in and got seated.... Waited over 20 minutes with not so much as an acknowledgement from our server that he knew we were there. I wanted to leave but my friend said I'll go tell someone we've been waiting. Ok so we waited another 7 minutes or so and I finally said let's go.... Were leaving! A few weeks later family suggested we all meet at Chili's for dinner. When my car full gets there.... My son who met me there with his family arrived first. He comes over to my car and said it's not busy but they said it would be about 45 minutes because they didn't have enough servers. The food has always been good here but the service has gone away!

They definitely need to work on their service. I had to ask for them to find a host, when I was finally seated it took awhile for her to even recognize I was there, once I ordered some one else noticed I still hadn't got my drink and brought me one. When the food did finally come out the shrimp was cold, steak was lukewarm, and the asparagus was the same. The mashed potatoes were fine though. Definitely won't be back.

I haven't been to this Chili's in about 10 years. It's alot less busy than it used to be. Food and drinks were all good. Good happy hour deals. The place is a little dim & can use a face lift as this is one of the older Chili's that's been around for a very long time. Hopefully that'll happen in due time.
