The worst Chipotle branch I've ever been to. The tables were dirty, who asked politely if it was possible to clean them, they were ignored. For two burritos and a bottle of drink they charged $49, so at the end of the meal I went over to ask how so much came out, then it turned out they charged me for things I didn't order and made a cancellation.

I'm not sure why everyone at this specific site hates their job but OH My Gosh almost everyone working the line was rude and either abrasive or didn't make eye contact or listen to my requests. I almost NEVER leave bad reviews but this Chipotle is exceptionally dirty and has a rude staff. Do better. Food is expensive and we can go anywhere. I like chipotle because it's supposed to be fresh and healthy. But plenty of other restaurants these days follow that narrative. To be clear, the woman and man at the register were polite and helpful. The line cooks were not.

This Chipotle needs better management. I went before 5pm on a Tuesday, kind of empty and the place was a MESS! On top of that the customer service I received upon arrival was horrible. i said hello and the guy said what do you want? So I proceeded to order, after my first item he dismissed me and went to the next customer not even acknowledging if I was done. I had only ordered a meal for my kid and what about me? Anyways whatever…moving into condiments, my burrito was rolled like a 4yr old rolled it and they were out of guacamole. I asked if there was guac and the lady with an upset face said “were out” okay. Paid and went to find a place to sit. ALL tables were filthy. I kid you not; under the tables it was an absolute disaster! Alot of people come here from the mall and we cant place our shopping bags on the floor because of the amount of trash/food under tables. I love Chipotle but not this location.
If you want to try some maxican food this is the place amazingly taste and you can choose the items you want to eat based on that they will charge you, only issue with cleaning some time so given four
