This was hands down one of the BEST Cinnabon experiences I’ve ever had. The PecanBon was absolutely incredible — warm, soft, perfectly baked, and overflowing with rich, toasted pecans. Every bite was perfection.
The staff were incredibly kind, the place was spotless, and everything was done with such care. You can tell this location takes pride in what they serve.

I’d like to thank the team at Cinnabon in Great Mall for the great service and delicious Caramel Pecanbon. They always add a generous amount of pecans, which makes the flavor rich and satisfying.
The service is also very friendly and professional — the staff are polite and attentive. It’s clear that they care about cleanliness: windows are being wiped down, the place is kept clean, and everyone is wearing gloves while working. That really inspires confidence.
Honestly, it’s a pleasure to visit this location. Thank you!

Been here twice, I redeemed some shake recently with my Cinnabon points but they don’t it same way as regular order. I wish they treat all same, the points came from actual purchase in first place.Anyways lower your prices, they are damn high for a dessert shop !!!

As far as I'm concerned cinnabons never have enough icing so I always order extra. When I saw the guy didn't charge me I asked again for the extra icing he assured me 'yeah I got it' and I didn't think twice.I come home to eat my cinnamon roll and I didn't get the extra icing. Super weird and just annoying because I asked for it twice. I'm not sure what he thought I was asking for but definitely check your order to make sure it's right. I usually check my bag after getting food but I assumed (after asking twice) that I would have gotten it but that's on me I guess ??

So I went to cinnabon and I bought a churro when I took a bite it was still doughy this is very aggravating I could get sick!
Jesus and Anthony are the best! They work so hard and this is my favorite location. They keep their baked goods new and fresh and they truly value integrity and great business ethic at this location!
