Horrible. I came here to get to go for my kids. All 3 of my orders were wrong. I asked them to fix it and she was telling me that it was my fault. She refused to fix my order. Unbelievable. Her English was terrible. I cannot believe I tipped her. Should have asked for the money back. Never coming back!! No wonder the place was empty.... Terrible customer service

The food is edible... Other than that I don't know what to say. The portion was small, the noodle had no flavor, the soup had no flavor, there is very limited protein in beef brisket noodle soup, and no interaction with server at all. The server did fill up our tea once.

Classic Guilin Rice Noodles left me with a somewhat underwhelming experience. On the positive side, I appreciated the generous food portion and reasonable pricing. It's definitely a place where you get your money's worth in terms of quantity.However, when it comes to taste, I couldn't help but feel disappointed. The flavors lacked that special touch that sets a restaurant apart. It felt like a simple pack of noodles with basic proteins and veggies that I could easily make at home. While the convenience of a large portion and affordability is a plus, the lack of unique flavors was a letdown.Moreover, the cleanliness of the place was below average. I couldn't help but notice the sauce and chili oil containers on the table, which seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. They appeared oily and greasy, which detracted from the overall dining experience.In terms of ambience, it was nothing extraordinary, just a regular dining setting.To sum it up, if you're simply looking for a place that offers a good portion size at a reasonable price and convenience is your top priority, Classic Guilin Rice Noodles might suffice. However, if you're seeking exceptional flavors and a clean dining environment, this place might not be the best choice.

Something felt different here. Did they change ownership during pandemic? Foods don't taste like what they used to be prior to year 2020. It used to be very authentic and good. Today, I have doubts after ordering my 五福临门桂林米粉 Five Blessings Guilin Noodles without the soup. It was supposed to come with green scallions, garlic, and peanuts. I even added them when I ordered on the touch tap square machine, but they didn't give me any peanuts or green scallions today. A bit disappointed after opening up my takeout foods outside to find that the once perfect Guilin noodles spot is no longer what it is today. Just know that it looks nothing like what it used to be. Other than that, I was happy with the richly flavored red meats and portion sizes. Expect big chunks of meats since some of the meats didn't get chopped into smaller pieces all the way. Red meats were more dry/overly boiled, but noodles are good tasting as usual. Not the same chef for sure. Enjoyed my soybean milk for $3.99. Tasted great. With taxes and tips, my total order was roughly $20, so for lunch in the area, it's still decent. When I visited Friday after 12:30 pm, there were absolutely no lines. Lots of tables & chairs available for customers. I had walked around the plaza for 10-15 minutes before coming back to order. By then, it was nearly empty inside. Not sure if they will survive here. Staff is friendly and it's very quiet inside. Accepts credit cards. Looks clean and organized too. Overall, room for improvement. Maybe try something else next time. I really wanted peanuts in my bowl today.

Tried many different places in NoCal and Socal but to me this is always the best Guilin Rice Noodle so far. The only place offers the chili black bean sauce to add to the foods. Really delicious and authentic. Free tea also. Very affordable price (13 for each order before tax). The server is friendly, just not really good in speaking English.
