Just picked up pizza and a calzone today. Everyone in my family noticed the change in flavor from previous owners. The new pizza dough taste awful. Not sure if the new owners tried to cheapen the original recipe but it sucks now. I used to order from here more than any other pizza place. The pizza crust tastes like cardboard

Something has changed here. This used to be our go to pizza place and the best pizza place nearby. Over the last 2 months or so staff has changed and quality has gone downhill. I assume there's new ownership and sadly we likely won't be back. Just doesn't taste the same :( looking at recent reviews I'm not the only one who noticed the changes

Not sure if ownership recently changed. Stopped by to get a pizza; the menu was limited and no beer sales. Ordered a Colosseum special and the service was friendly and fast. We enjoyed the pizza and will definitely go back. Hopefully, they will have a full menu and beer.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Colosseum Pizza, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! I ordered the Margherita pizza and a stromboli, and both dishes were absolutely delightful.
The Margherita pizza was a true masterpiece. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, Each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors that truly captured the essence of authentic Italian pizza.The stromboli was equally impressive. Stuffed generously with savory ingredients and perfectly seasoned.
The service was also top-notch friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends

I tried the wings at Colosseum Pizza Store, and they absolutely blew me away! Perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside—and packed with flavor. Whether you’re a fan of classic Buffalo or something a little spicier, they’ve nailed the seasoning and sauces. Easily some of the best wings I’ve had in the area. Highly recommend them as a must-try alongside their pizzas!
