They have the best of selections of cookies I would recommend not eating two or three pieces of cookies a lot since one big cookie is a equivalent to few bowls of food of launch and dinner into one,the service is really nice and the cookies are nice and warm baked out of the oven

Monday morning tight schedule - arrived well before 8am to purchase gift cards… confirmed hours on line, on the door and called (no answer)
- a manager??? arrived at 8:14 rushing
3 employees emerged from Peet’s (apparently they walked by me - knew I was waiting and said nothing) -
The manager unlocked the door - no apologies no good morning “…it’s going to be about 20 minutes…” first words out of her mouth to me
I said I just wanted gift cards.
Confirmed the hours of operation, “…they didn’t have a key…”
A couple of minutes into the transaction got a hurried sorry -
I get it life happens - and grateful no one had been in an accident - the employees explaining the situation or a simple good morning and I am so sorry would have been enough
Little things matter and that is precisely why I am consistently neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with this location.

This Location is by far my favorite one. their service is fast and they’re very nice people! Plus, the cookies are the best.

I pre-ordered cookies on August 19 and prepaid in full. When I came to pick up my order on August 20, the staff told me they had run out of one of the cookies I had ordered. Since they couldn’t fulfill my order, I requested a full refund. Instead of refunding me on the spot, the staff said they would leave a note and process the refund later.
Not only was the refund never issued, but they also marked my order as completed even though I never received what I paid for. When I checked my bank account today, I saw that the payment had already been processed.
This is completely unacceptable. Taking payment for an order you cannot fulfill, refusing to refund immediately, and then marking the order as “completed” is misleading and unprofessional. Customers should not have to chase down their own money.
Scam and will never return
