Very authentic Lanzhou style ramen, the handmade noodles are chewy and the soup is delicious. Their large plate of chicken and grilled lamb chops are also must-order dishes every time. The boss is very nice. He often comes over to chat. Highly recommended!

We ordered some lamb dishes and a stir fried noodle. The quality of the lamb and the noodle are quite good. I was glad that the seasoning was not too salty. I plan to go back and taste more of their noodle dishes. On the other hand, the price is perhaps $5 higher (per person) than what I expected.

Fairly decent noodles and soup broth taste! can choose from a variety of thicknesses for the noodles. Price is fair for the portions. Seating was quick, and food came fast. Waiters attentively gave us new napkins as we needed.

Fun place to have noodles! Can’t remember the name of the dish but they let you wear a glove and grab as many as beef slices from a giant bowl for your order.
A lot of families come here. Probably can improve the service by providing scissors to the families with small kids.
