It was very loud to the point we could not hear each other. Service was highly stretched. Food came out very late and cold. Margheritas were weak. We have eaten there several times, and this was the worst experience. Hopefully it was an anomaly.

I came in for brunch at El Torito and had the pleasure of being served by Juan Oliver. Hands down one of the best bartending experiences I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I sat down, they were welcoming, attentive, and made the whole experience feel fun and effortless.
The drinks were spot on—perfectly balanced and made with care the mimosas and Bloody Marys were excellent!. What stood out most was how personable and professional they were. Even with a busy brunch crowd, they kept the energy upbeat, made sure everyone had what they needed, and never let a glass go empty.
You can tell they really take pride in what they do, and it made our brunch so much more enjoyable. If you’re coming here for brunch, definitely grab a seat at the bar—you’ll be in great hands!

What really made the visit stand out, though, was the excellent service we received from our waitress, Balerit. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of with a smile. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine warmth, and she truly made our meal extra enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Balerit if you want outstanding service.
