This El Torito in Milpitas is excellent. Our server was Angel and he is hella awesome. There was even a birthday party at another table and Angel really busted it out with the singing and it was so much fun. It makes me wanna have my birthday party here. The food was so delicious. I’m vegetarian and I was very happy with my choices. Thank you to the Chefs.
