Very nice place to enjoy your sip of tea with lots of boba, fresh fruit or jelly of your choice. They have a beautifully setup, big enough place to sit and work as well. Definitely recommend their popcorn chicken, strawberry milk tea and their cheese foam to mention some of my favorites. Lot of free parking within the complex.
The garlic fries weren’t particularly my favorite just based off the lack of garlic taste. They were more parmesan flavored than anything but, they were cooked very well and still tasty. I think Feng Cha overall has a beautiful atmosphere and welcoming customer service but their drinks could use more flavor.

I would put zero stars if I could. Clearly this place doesn't understand what good customer service is. It's a drink that they made way too strong and they wouldn't change it for another simple drink. How much did that first drink cost you? Every other tea house would change it out so that they ensure they are working their best to retain a customer. I was told they couldn't do anything because I tried it, clearly I had to try it to know that the drink was too heavy handed. SMH

I use to love Feng Cha tea house before because their milktea is soooo good that you will taste "pure tea" (such as blacktea, oolong, jasmine..) on your milktea especially if you're a tea lover, now it taste like sugar and milk seriously I will not recommend it anymore.. Itried to order 3x but still the same.. I hope the management will read this so that they can adjust the tea level on their milktea.. If you really wanna standout, please make an action on your items.. If u love "pure tea" on your milktea, this is not good milktea place anymore..
Tried 4 different teas from this boba place and some with the option of using oat milk instead of non-dairy creamer, they all turned out very tasty. I especially like their chrysanthemum ginger tea, this is a rare find from boba shops as I don't do caffeinated drinks. Almost all drinks' sweetness level can be adjusted (except the Cream Brulee Dirty Boba) and that's a big plus.

You only have one person working so the same person has to take our order and the other people in line and then go make the drinks. So it took a long time. I have the Jasmine milk tea and I only tasted the milk no tea so I’m not coming back here.
