We drove a long way to come back to this place because it used to be our favorite milk tea shop, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The milk tea I ordered had a thick layer of sugar sitting at the bottom — it wasn’t mixed at all. When I told the staff, they just said, “You can stir it yourself,” instead of remaking it or even apologizing. The attitude was rude and unprofessional. Even worse, the person making the drinks had very long fingernails — completely unhygienic for someone handling beverages. It’s shocking how much the quality and service have gone downhill. We definitely won’t be coming back.

Our favorite Feng Cha location. Love the dirty boba tea. The boba here is always soft and fresh. Have tried their egg rolls which are great too!

Great drinks! This place brings out orders quickly. Kiosk to order and blended drinks are good. Mango Fantasy is nice. Service well, it's a grab and go place.

On hand: Taro Breeze with Boba and Cheese Milk Foam.
Please try the cheese milk foam even if you are lactose intolerant it’s worth it. My order came out really good.
Boba prices be costly lately.

I ordered the dirty taro. It tasted and looked like plain milk with boba. The pictures of the drink looked bright purple. I cannot believe I had to pay nearly ~$8 for plain milk with boba pearls. When I went back in asked at the counter, the guy told me that this is how it's supposed to look and taste and it's just taro paste which I need to mix (which I did and it still was like plain milk).
The pictures are totally misleading. I unfortunately did not take photos of the drink.

Very nice place to enjoy your sip of tea with lots of boba, fresh fruit or jelly of your choice. They have a beautifully setup, big enough place to sit and work as well. Definitely recommend their popcorn chicken, strawberry milk tea and their cheese foam to mention some of my favorites. Lot of free parking within the complex.
