The store was very spacious and the employees were very quick on taking our order and making the drinks. I got the Mango Breeze with lychee jelly and my friend go the Peach Oolong tea with boba. I enjoyed the Mango Breeze, it was refreshing and the cream cheese foam was a nice touch. I got my drink 75% sweet which was great for me. For the Peach Oolong tea, the boba was super soft and chewy! The drink was at 50% sweetness, but I would recommend trying it maybe 75% or full sweet first just because this drink mainly tasted like milk with no tea or sweetness flavor, which is definitely a mistake on our part.

The overflowing grape fruit, is my favorite drink. On the advice of the kid at the register, I tried it with popping boba, it was a great recommendation! It was an Ateez cup sleeve event, hence the photo card of Min-gi, which was created by my lovely wife, Jerodelle! A chill day, great weather, noise level wasn't too bad!

Arrived here on a Saturday evening around 5 pm for a kpop cup sleeve event! Lots of parking near the venue. Spacious seating packed with people. It was quick ordering and short wait for my order. I got their strawberry overload 50% sweet, and it was super refreshing. This location is better than the one in south San Jose! Definitely try this place!

Feng Cha is located in a big shopping plaza, close to TK Noodle, Peet's, Safeway, but closer to TK Noodles, behind El Toritos Restaurant. There is plenty of parking around. Nice, clean store. One bathroom only. The service was super nice and friendly. Summer Melon: Watermelon, 4 Seasons Spring Tea, and Lemon. Light, refreshing, and a little bit of watermelon puree.

If you're a boba tea enthusiast like myself, Feng Cha Milpitas is a must-visit. Trust me, once you've experienced the magic of their drinks, you'll never want to go anywhere else. Five stars all the way! Each drink is a masterpiece in its own right. Whether you're a traditionalist who loves a classic milk tea or fruity ice drinks. Personally, I can't get enough of their signature Taro Milk tea and Creme Brûlée Dirty Boba tea. Their fries and popcorn chicken complement the drinks in a unique way. The customer service here is also top-notch. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure you have the best possible experience.

This is a great place to hang out with friends and family. Best matcha cake I have ever had. And amazing milk tea options. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The cheese foam is delicious! The tea is always super fresh. I like how you can order less sweet options. I typically order online and then pick up. We sat inside to hang out a few times, it has a cute modern design. The parking can be a little challenging if it's a busy time.

We were celebrating my friend's birthday and decided to make a pit stop here to grab boba before karaoke. We were a party of 8 and had arrived at 10:20pm. The place definitely had some business, but wasn't overly busy for a Friday night. The self-order kiosk was down, so the only option was to order with the cashier. We had all ordered our drinks and received them in a timely manner aside from one of my friends. She had followed up with the cashier who took her order about her drink. All the cashier did was give her a weird look and say, "Oh..." while doing nothing to remedy the situation. After another 10 minutes, my friend followed up again and rather than asking for her order, they asked for her order number as she didn't get a receipt as she didn't think she would need it. After a few minutes they called her up and the order they remade was not hers, but our other friend whom at this point had already received and consumed his order. Frustrated, another one of my friends had accompanied her to figure out the status of her order. At this point it had been 35 minutes since we had arrived! They had communicated that the order that Feng Cha had remade was not the correct order and they either wanted a refund or the order remade to the correct one. It was literally just one drink. At this point, the workers refused to remake the order despite being the ones to have messed up both times. The only way my friend even got her drink that night was because my friend had offered to pay again. I think what should've happened was an immediate inquiry into where my friend's order went and then depending on whatever the situation was, to either remake the drink or ask if she wanted a refund. Accidents happen and as a group, we're all patient and understanding of that. Had the workers been transparent regarding the confusion, we would've understood. However, the way the situation was handled on Feng Cha's end was unprofessional and lowkey left my friend feeling gaslit. The boba was good, but the service we received last night definitely makes me rethink ever coming back here. It's a shame because we all tipped between 10%-20%...
